I concentrate my practice exclusively in family law, representing individuals and families in the Chicago area, in a wide range of domestic relations matters. My work includes:

• Divorce and Legal Separation
  I represent clients in all aspects of divorce and legal separation under the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act, including division of marital assets, spousal maintenance, and resolving financial and parenting disputes.

• Parenting Time and Parental Responsibilities
  I help parents create and modify parenting plans that allocate decision-making authority and parenting time, always guided by the best interests of the child and the requirements of Illinois law.

• Child Support
  I assist with the establishment, modification, and enforcement of child support orders using Illinois’ Income Shares model, working to achieve maximum advantage for my clients, based on honesty and a clear understanding of the law and court procedures.

• Parentage (Paternity)
  I represent people of all gender identities and sexual orientations in proceedings under the Illinois Parentage Act to establish legal parentage, maximize their parental rights, and resolve financial disputes favorably for them.

• Post-Decree Modifications and Enforcement
  When circumstances change after a divorce or judgment, I work with clients to modify or enforce court orders related to support, parenting, or property issues.

• High-Conflict Custody Cases
  I have experience handling sensitive and high-conflict matters, including those involving mental health concerns, parental alienation, psychological warfare and child safety.

• Orders of Protection
  I represent both petitioners and respondents in proceedings for emergency and plenary orders of protection under the Illinois Domestic Violence Act.
